Reports and lists
The "Reports" section in the ChurchDesk calendar offers various ways to search, filter, and export calendar entries as lists or print them. This is particularly useful for managing events, worship services, time tracking, and absences.
Open the dropdown menu in the top left corner next to the congregation name.
Select Calendar.
Click on Reports in the black sidebar on the left.
You now have access to the modules Search, Worship Schedule, Time Tracking (only with the appropriate permission), and Absences.

The Search function allows you to find and export calendar entries efficiently.
Select the desired filter criteria, such as:
Time period
Groups
Event types
Locations
Users
Visibility
Click Show results.
The results will be displayed in a table.
You can customize the columns by clicking "Show columns".
Export or print the list:
Excel export for further editing
Print function to print the document or save it as a PDF
Note: The search must be restarted each time; saved searches or favorites are not available.
Here, you can search for entries and generate a structured document as a worship schedule.
Use the same search and filter options as in the "Search" module.
Select a template for the worship schedule.
Customize the content and choose which information should be included in the document:
Congregation
Participants
Pastor/Priest or Celebrant
Location names
Price
Short summary
Intentions
Click Confirm – the file will be automatically downloaded as a PDF.

Check if a pop-up blocker is enabled.
Review your browser settings.
Close the browser and reopen ChurchDesk.
Try using a different browser.
Here, recorded working hours for individual users can be downloaded as an Excel file. Each user can download their own reports, but not those of other users.
Ensure that the Time Tracking module is activated.
Select the time period and the relevant user.
The list can then be downloaded as an Excel file.
A report will be generated and sent to the email address associated with the user's account.
Here, you can filter and download employee absences.
Select from various filter options, such as:
Time period
Groups
Absence types
Specific users
You can customize the columns by clicking "Show columns".
Export or print the list:
Excel export for further editing
Print function to print the document or save it as a PDF
Note: Absences can only be viewed and exported here. Any changes must be made directly in the Calendar.
