You can manage your payment terminal via the mobile app.
The corresponding screenshots can be found below.

1. In the app, click on the menu item "Terminal".
2. You can see whether your terminal is online or offline.
3. It's possible to see which project is active and you can switch the project.
4. You can view all payments as well as details about the payments.
5. You can also see if a payment has failed and view the reason for the failure.
6. You can see the refunded payments.

an copy the Payment Identifier (Image 4), go to "https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments", log in with your account, and then paste it into the search bar at the top to find out if the problem is with Stripe. Alternatively, you can contact Stripe support.
