Password reset or change
If you're unable to log in to ChurchDesk because you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it yourself. And if you're already logged in, you can change your password at any time in your account settings.
This article guides you through both options – with clear steps and helpful screenshots.
If you can’t log in:
Go to the ChurchDesk login page.
Click “Forgot password” below the password field.
Enter the email address you use to log in to ChurchDesk.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. The link is valid for 5 hours.
Didn’t receive the email?
Please check your spam folder.
If the email isn’t there, contact our support team – we’re happy to help!

If you're already logged in and want to change your password:
Click on your name in the top right corner.
Select “My settings”.
Scroll down to the “Account information” section.
Enter your current password, then your new password – twice to confirm.
Click save – and you're done!

You can change your password on both computer and mobile – it works the same way.
For security reasons, we recommend updating your password regularly – especially if you use ChurchDesk on multiple devices.
