Standard Newsletter: Change Logo & Colour

You can change your newsletter logo in the Contacts settings.

Note: Your newsletter logo is also your organisation logo and will appear in several places across your installation (widgets, forms, donations, newsletters).

To get there, click on your name in the blue bar at the top right and select ChurchDesk Settings:

Next, click on Contacts in the black menu on the left side.

Scroll down to Organisation and Newsletter Logo. Upload a new logo, or remove the current one and replace it with another.

Please note: The image should have a maximum width of 600 pixels and a maximum height of 120 pixels. Larger images will otherwise appear oversized in the system.

Standard Newsletter: Change colour

On the right side of your screen, you’ll find a menu. The middle option is for colour selection. Click on the small square to open the colour picker and choose a colour:

After selecting a colour, you can click “Reset to your standard colour” to return to the default colour set in your Contacts settings. Confirm your selection to save it.

If you’d like to change your organisation’s colour — that is, the default colour for your newsletters — go to ChurchDesk Settings.

Then scroll down to Colour for your newsletter. Choose a colour here. This colour will be saved as the standard colour for your newsletters:

Keywords: change newsletter logo, change newsletter colour, edit standard newsletter, replace newsletter logo, adjust newsletter design, change newsletter template, ChurchDesk newsletter design, default newsletter colour, newsletter settings, upload logo, newsletter layout, edit newsletter colours
