How to get help - ChurchDesk contact information

If you have questions about ChurchDesk or need help, we’re here for you! In this article, we’ll show you:
how to get in touch with our support team,
when you can expect a reply,
and what other support options are available.


The fastest way to reach us is through the support chat. Just click the blue chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen.

How the chat works:
Tell us about your issue — please be as detailed as possible so we can help you quickly.
→ Feel free to include screenshots or links to the area you're referring to.
Our team will get back to you as soon as possible during our office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 15:00 CET).
If you write to us outside of office hours, we’ll reply as soon as possible the next working day.

Note: It’s not a live chat, but we’ll respond as fast as we can.

Emails and chat messages are handled the same way — both go into the same system and are answered during our office hours.

3. Talk to us directly – by phone

Tip: For urgent or critical issues, calling is the fastest way to get help.

Video calls: You can book a personal 15-minute video call. This option is also available via the Help button in your ChurchDesk account.
