Widget for newsletter registration for your website

To maximize the reach of your newsletter, a simple and flexible connection to your website is crucial. Regardless of whether you want to activate the registration form directly for your ChurchDesk page or use it on an external homepage, you will find the central control elements and the necessary code in the ChurchDesk settings.


To use the newsletter widget, at least one newsletter list must have been created in the People module. As soon as you have created multiple newsletter lists, users will see checkboxes in the pop-up window to select the desired lists.


The registration form is displayed as a pop-up window:



To find the settings for the newsletter widget, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on your name in the top right.
  2. Select ChurchDesk Settings.
  3. Navigate to the People section.


Note: To access the ChurchDesk Settings, you must be an Organization Administrator.


There, under the heading "Widget for newsletter registration for your website", you will find the two options:

  1. Activate widget for your ChurchDesk website
  2. Get code for your external website
