Already done the electoral roll via ChurchDesk Forms? Don’t worry! We’ve made it so you can go back and check your submissions and see if any new contact data was received.

How does it work?

When someone submits one of your ChurchDesk Forms we’re able to recognise them using their e-mail address or mobile phone number. As soon as we recognise someone already in your contact database, we’ll compare the new data to existing data and notify you if any of it is new. Now you’ll be able to easily update the contact’s profile to keep it up to date. It’s that easy.
