Setting up a "site under construction" banner up on your website

The alert will show in the top of the site but for only for website visitors that are not logged in.

Here’s what you need to do to enable it

1. Switch to one of the new themes (6+7+8)

2. Insert this into the ‘custom CSS’ field in theme settings:

3. Want to show a date then add this code (replace the date!)
