# Export monthly overview of payments

This article shows you how to export transfer data in the ChurchDesk **payments & giving**. You will learn how to **download lists** of **upcoming** payments and reports on **recent payments** - including the **monthly invoice** for the payment service used.


You can export the following data in the payments & giving module:
1. Upcoming transfers
2. Recent transfers

# Export of upcoming transfers

The upcoming transfers show which amounts from your municipality will be transferred in the next transfer. You can export the list in table format (CSV, Excel).

The export contains the following information, among others:
* Date
* Amount
* Fee
* Differentiation of donations/payments
* Name of payment method (e.g. terminal)
* Project name

You can also download the monthly invoice for the use of the payment service for your accounting in PDF format here.

# Export of recent transfers

The recent transfers provide you with a monthly overview of the payments received in the respective month and subsequently transferred to your account. You can download these monthly overviews as a report in spreadsheet format (Excel). Both the current month and all previous months are available for download.

The export contains the following content in individual spreadsheets:
* Overview with summary by project
* Individual items of all payments
* Individual items of all repayments
* Individual items per project
