# Add form to an event (responsive themes)

## Combine Event and Form
* This guide only applies to the new responsive website themes

### On the form:
* Create a registration form in the forms. Ensure a unique name in the title (date and time) You can read more about forms here.

### On the event:
* Click on the event in the calendar and click on “Edit”

* Inside the editing window, you can choose “Registrations”. You can add a registration form to a single event or a series, or you can add the same registration form to all events in a series, which is perfect for teams or similar.

* Select the correct form from the list (newest forms at the top) and click “OK”

### The form is now added to the event
* In the calendar view on the website, a registration button has now appeared

* On the event, the registration form is displayed under the description of the event
