How does it work?
We work with Stripe to accept payments. Payments & Giving is very easy to use, and you won't even notice that we are using a third-party provider. You get the security and reliability without having to use multiple systems.
With ChurchDesk you can manage everything from within ChurchDesk. We believe it doesn't get any better.
Who is Stripe?
Every year, Stripe processes several million dollars to tens of thousands of companies worldwide. These include both Fortune 500s and small business. You can read more about our partner here: www.stripe.com.
Is Stripe secure?
Stripe meets and exceeds the most stringent industry standards for security. They are also audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 (the highest level of certification available.) What does it cost?
Per transaction 2.60% (rounded of to the nearest penny) and a fixed fee of £ 0.30
Per transaction 3.90% (rounded of to the nearest cent) and a fixed fee of $ 0.37 will be taken.

Which credit cards are supported?
Stripe can handle the vast majority of credit and debit cards, regardless of where in the world your customer lives. As of now, we can accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
I have been asked to provide image verification for legal contract?
This means that our payment provider Stripe needs additional documentation. ChurchDesk will handle this on the behalf of the customers.
How does ChurchDesk transfer donation and payment funds?
Payments & Giving periods are calculated 10 days before the last day of the month. The total amount within this period will be transferred to the church's account on the last banking day of the month.
Bank transferrals can vary by 1-2 days depending on the church's bank.
