Imagine being able to send a quick message to a group of staff members, volunteers or others about the changes you just made on the website, or the files you just added to the File manager. The Messenger in groups lets you do just that. This will allow your groups members to always be in the know about what's going on, without you having to create a lot of mailing lists.
1. Go to Groups
Ensure you are on the Intranet.
Click Groups, located on the left side of your screen.
2. Go to Messages
3. Send a message to all members in a group
Click the New Message button.
Write a Title and your Message, then click Post message.
4. Comment on a group message
Click on the Title of a message.
Write your Comment and click Reply.
Tip: This can also be done using the ChurchDesk app for Android and iPhone.
5. Edit a group message
Click Edit. Edit the original message and click Save.
6. Delete a group message
Click Delete, then click Save.
