2. How to create a group

Successful church management is about working together as individuals and groups. This involves file sharing, communication and calendar management. 

 

Log in to your ChurchDesk

 

1. Go to Groups

Ensure you are on the Intranet

Click Groups, located on the left side of your screen. 

 

2. Create a group

Click the green + New Group button. 

 

Write a Title and Click Create

You will automatically be added as group administrator. 

3. How to assign a task to the group

With Planning you can assign a task to a group. This means that members of this group can assign themselves to tasks of this type or be assigned by the leader of the group.

Click the box next to "Does this group have a task?" and write which task you which to associate with this group.
